Chat is home, the stage is for pictures
A plain answer no longer takes over the screen. It sits in the chat. The full screen opens only when there is something to look at.

The rule is short. Plain words and plain questions stay in the chat, with their buttons inline. The stage opens for a real visual: a deck, a plan, a drawing, a timer, a film or a form.
The stage also holds one thing at a time. When two or more older stage replies pile up, they fold into one chip in the chat. Tap it and they open in place. Tap again and they fold.

This is in the app and on /web. The app change rides the next TestFlight build. On the web it was checked in a real browser, dark and light, and that check found two bugs: the chip did not appear as new replies arrived, and opening it threw a timer over the chat. Both are fixed.
